Thank you so much for the wonderful experience... that I had with Alizadeh Ashkan DDS. and the staff ...amazing group of people.. I know sometimes it can be uncomfortable going to the Dentist or even being in a hospital.. Alizadeh Ashkan DDS. and Staff make you feel very comfortable ...and I had a wonderful experience... I will continue to be going there for teeth cleaning... My husband who works for Kaiser, also went there and had a wonderful experience with Alizadeh Ashkan DDS and the staff....My husband.said he will be letting his colleagues know and friends at work about your wonderful facility... I worked for Mercy for 30 years... Also UCD Medical Center.... Customer Services is everything to me.. My daughter works at Sutter hospital as a Manager and she's excited about being a new patient there at your facility and my grandson is also a patient there, and he loves it... We come from an extremely large family, and we will be letting our family members know as well...what a wonderful Group of people ..That you have there Alizadeh Ashkan DDS at Sacramento.River dental on Secret River drive. ..Thank you so much, and Have a wonderful day. I gave Sacramento River Dental Group multiple chances to address a billing issue, and they completely failed to take responsibility or even follow up. That alone tells you a lot about how this office operates. I was a patient here for about two years, mainly because I liked my hygienist. She is no longer with the practice—and after this experience, neither am I. Here’s why this is a one-star review: 1) Misleading information and zero accountability In July 2025, I went in for a routine visit with X-rays and a cleaning. The office pushed for a full set of X-rays because my insurance would “cover it.” I made it very clear I did not want to pay anything out of pocket and was explicitly told the X-rays would be fully covered. Based on that, I agreed. Months later, in February 2026, I received a bill for $107. When I called, I was told my insurance didn’t cover the full amount. That directly contradicts what I was told at the time of service. I was promised a call back from management to resolve it—no one ever called. In March, I received another bill. I called again and was told, once again, that management would follow up. Again—no call, no explanation, no accountability. I even

If you can't have fun while someone is scraping crap off your teeth you simply haven't found the right dentists yet. Dr. Ashkan was phenomenal for helping with an infected tooth and a wisdom tooth needing extraction, and while Kelsey was helping me through periodontal treatment we were making jokes throughout. I've never been to a dental office where I've felt remotely as comfortable, and feel like I'm seen as more of a person than just a slot in the appointment book.

My dental hygienist, Kelsea is wonderful! She’s very thorough when doing my cleanings and also very informative. On my visits, she walks me through everything we’ve done in the past and lets me know what’s improved or what’s need to improve. I highly recommend Kelsea to anyone looking for a new dental hygienist.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ashkan Alizadeh and his team! Dr. Alizadeh is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Kelsey, my dental hygienist, is absolutely amazing! She is gentle, thorough, and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. Her attention to detail and friendly personality make such a difference. The entire office has a professional, welcoming atmosphere, and the quality of care is consistently excellent every single time. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
